I was fortunate in being referred to Miss Hazari for unilateral breast reduction (for symmetry) following a lumpectomy for breast cancer. Miss Hazari explained the procedure clearly, and gave me time to be sure of what I wanted. On the day of surgery I spent time with her immediately prior to going to the operating theatre, and I felt fully informed with every confidence in her and the theatre team. All went well, and the next day she confirmed that I was well enough to go home. After 10 days I saw her in outpatients, as all had gone so well she said I didn’t really need an appointment to see her again, but that I could phone her at any time if I had any concerns or questions. I found the entire process to be efficiently and pleasantly managed, I am delighted that I had the surgery, and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Miss Hazari.

Dr Hazari listened to my concerns and explained the procedure to me in a way I could understand. She gave me time to consider my decision on whether to have the surgery after having the pros and cons explained to me. I was visited by Dr Hazari on the morning of my operation to check I was comfortable with alll that was being explained to me by nurses at the hospital and that I was generally ready for the operation.

Miss Hazari is a wonderful credit to her profession and I have nothing but the highest praise for her ! Since my first consultation for reconstructive surgery she has been absolutely professional and understanding. Her standard as a plastic surgeon is exemplary and I am honoured and blessed that she was my surgeon. Going through the traumatic experience of breast cancer, she made my journey a lot easier with her wonderful demeanour/sense of humour and reassurance and included my husband in the proceedings and after care which demonstrated integrity and compassion. Although my journey has come to an end, she has reassured me that she is just a phone call away if needed. I am very happy and pleased with the end result of my surgery and would thoroughly recommend her.

I had a Coronary Artery Bypass Graft in 2011 which left me with a very uncomfortable and pronounced keloid scar on my sternum. The team that performed the surgery told me that it was because of the reaction to the wire used to tie up the sternum. It was suggested that I wait six months for the sternum to fully heal and they would then remove the wire ties. In the meantime one of the doctors suggested that I see a plastic surgeon as they are best qualified to treat scars and might be able to help. To my good fortune, I was referred to Dr. Anita Hazari who painstakingly treated me for almost two years and got rid of both the keloid and its accompanying discomfort and was discharged from her care on 1-12-2017. Throughout my treatment, Miss Hazari has been extremely dedicated, thorough and comforting. It has indeed been my good fortune to have been in her care. She is a credit to her profession and I would highly recommend her.

Miss Hazari carried out my double preventive mastectomy in July 2016. Throughout all my consultations and 2 operations I had great trust in Miss Hazari and at all times she was extremely thorough in my care and kept me fully informed as to what was happening. As much as I am happy to now be signed off from Miss Hazari's care, it is very comforting to know that I can contact Miss Hazari should I feel that I need to. Miss Hazari is without doubt a true credit to her profession and I was extremely lucky that I got her as my Surgeon.
